These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (you), and AirParkGo, doing business as AirParkGo.com (we, us, or our), concerning your access to and use of the airparkgo.com website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). Our goal is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient, and equitable, so you can proceed to your travel destination with confidence.
By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and use the Site in accordance with these terms. You agree to be financially responsible for all use of the Site under your account, including by minors under your supervision, and warrant that all information you provide is true and accurate.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of such changes. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The Site is not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction where such use would violate local law or subject us to registration requirements. Users accessing the Site from other locations do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all its content, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"), and all trademarks, service marks, and logos (the "Marks"), are owned or controlled by us, licensed to us, or used with permission, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Content and Marks are provided "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use only. Except as expressly permitted, no part of the Site, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site and download or print Content for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Conditions. Our goal is to make your airport parking reservation experience seamless and efficient. The Site facilitates reservations with independently owned and operated parking facilities ("Parking Partners"). We do not own or operate these facilities, set parking prices, or control availability. The following policies ensure clarity and satisfaction in the purchase process:
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa through our Stripe payment system to accommodate your payment needs.
When you submit a reservation online, the quoted rate is secured. Rates are based on your selected departure and return dates and times, with the final price determined by your actual length of stay. We offer coupons, discount codes, and a reward plan for recurring users, which may be applied at the time of booking, subject to the terms of each offer. These promotions may not be combined with other offers or discounts at the Parking Partner's facility unless explicitly stated. Additional fees may apply (e.g., if your vehicle occupies more than one space). Reservations require full payment at the time of booking. The "Pay Now" amount on your receipt covers all parking fees and ancillary services provided by the Parking Partner, except for services you contract directly with them. You authorize us to charge this amount to your credit or debit card through our Stripe payment system. A separate processing fee may be applied, which we retain for arranging your reservation. You must present your receipt at the facility to receive the quoted price and credit for your payment. Failure to present your receipt will result in no credit or refund for your online payment. Your credit card statement will indicate the purchase was from AirParkGo.com.
If your stay extends beyond your reserved dates and times, you may be charged for additional hours or days directly by the Parking Partner. No refunds will be issued for overpayment for unused days.
Carefully review your travel itinerary before booking. Changes to your itinerary do not affect the "Pay Now" amount but may impact the total due to the Parking Partner based on your actual length of stay. Reservation dates and times cannot be modified on your receipt, but Parking Partners may, at their discretion, accommodate changes using your original receipt. To change your reservation, you must cancel the original and book a new one, subject to the cancellation and refund policies. You must present your receipt to receive credit for your online payment. You may cancel your reservation for a full refund, including the booking fee, if the cancellation is requested within 24 hours of making the reservation. Cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund of the booking fee. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances after the 24-hour period. Cancellations are not accepted after the scheduled arrival date and time, so please submit your cancellation request prior to this deadline to be eligible for any applicable refund. To submit a cancellation request, use the cancellation form or contact us via the Contact Us page. If your trip is canceled, contact us to determine refund eligibility. Extended stays may incur additional charges, and no refunds will be issued for overpayment for unused days. Additional fees may apply (e.g., for vehicles occupying multiple spaces).
The Site is provided solely to assist users in determining the availability of travel-related services and making legitimate reservations with Parking Partners. You agree to:

You may submit reviews or other content based on your actual experience with a Parking Partner within the last 24 months. By submitting User Content, you:
We reserve the right to display, refuse, or remove User Content at our discretion. We disclaim liability for any damages, claims, or losses arising from User Content.
Using information from the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to contact, advertise, or sell to users without their consent, is prohibited.
We make no guarantees regarding specific results from using the Site or our services. We disclaim liability for the acts, omissions, or conduct of Parking Partners, third-party users, advertisers, or sponsors. We are not responsible for products, services, or actions of any third party referenced on the Site. Report misconduct to us via the Contact Us link or at info@airparkgo.com, and we may investigate and take action at our discretion.
The Site and its content are provided "AS IS" without warranties of accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness. We do not warrant that the Site will operate error-free or be free of viruses or harmful mechanisms. Use of the Site is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for costs related to servicing or replacing equipment or data resulting from your use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall AirParkGo.com, its suppliers, Parking Partners, or any third parties mentioned on the Site be liable for any damages, including incidental, consequential, lost profits, or damages from lost data or business interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or its content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from the use of the Site and its content is limited to $250.
Any dispute involving the Site will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AirParkGo.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, actions, or demands, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from your use of the Site, its content, or your breach of these Terms and Conditions. We will notify you promptly of any such claim and assist you, at your expense, in defending it.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it shall be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity in that jurisdiction, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions or the provision in other jurisdictions.
