If you would want to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of making it, you will be refunded in full, including the booking charge. The booking cost will not be refunded for cancellations made after this 24-hour window. Please visit our Contact Us page or go to your reservations and you will be able to make a cancellation request, each reservation has button to cancel.
After the planned arrival time and date, cancellations are not permitted. In order to qualify for any applicable refund, please make sure your cancellation request is submitted before this time.
